Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Commercial Technology (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Salesforce professionals, ensuring clear roles and accountability
• Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Rebuild and optimize lead-to-revenue processes and manage integrations with various systems

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience leading CRM or Salesforce delivery teams
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud
• Experience with API integrations, system architecture, and data modeling
• Prior hands-on development experience within Salesforce, including Apex
• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing technical teams
