Job Summary
As a full-time salaried Salesforce Director, the successful candidate will lead the development and execution of the Salesforce ecosystem, managing a team of architects, developers, and analysts while overseeing the optimization of core lead-to-revenue workflows in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for Salesforce architecture and execution
- Oversee the continuous improvement of Salesforce platforms, ensuring high-quality execution and troubleshooting technical issues
- Rebuild and optimize lead-to-revenue processes, enabling new product launches and improving data quality and system adoption
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of experience leading CRM or Salesforce delivery teams
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud
- Prior hands-on development experience within Salesforce, including Apex and custom development
- Experience integrating Salesforce with product platforms and e-commerce systems
- Strong understanding of revenue operations processes, forecasting, and reporting
