Salesforce Enablement Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing nonprofit organization, the full-time Salesforce Enablement Manager will champion Salesforce adoption, ensure data quality, and build insightful reports while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion user adoption of Salesforce by guiding onboarding, conducting enablement sessions, and providing self-service resources
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, cleanup, and managing data imports while setting data standards
• Build and maintain accessible reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for teams and leadership

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM
• Proven track record in supporting end users and driving system adoption
• Experience in building reports and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize requests from multiple teams
• Passion for the mission of the organization and the role of technology in achieving it
