Key Responsibilities
  • Drive client conversations around key challenges and present recommendations
  • Manage enterprise-level client engagements through effective project governance
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead program management milestone sessions
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting or program management
  • 4+ years of Salesforce.com consulting/implementation experience
  • Passion for leveraging technology to solve business problems
  • Experience in process flow optimization and organizational change management
  • Ability to manage medium or large-scale projects and work with cross-functional teams
