Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and guide the delivery of scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Salesforce developers in delivering high-quality solutions and mentor junior developers
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines
Oversee code reviews, provide hands-on development support, and promote best practices in quality and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience
Proven track record in technical leadership roles or leading project teams
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certifications preferred
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with CPQ, B2B Commerce, or MuleSoft is desirable
