Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Salesforce Engineer responsible for designing, building, and guiding the delivery of scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Salesforce developers in delivering high-quality solutions and provide architectural guidance
Design and implement robust Salesforce solutions while translating business requirements into technical solutions
Oversee code reviews, ensure adherence to development standards, and troubleshoot complex technical issues

Required Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience
Proven track record in technical leadership roles or leading project teams
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional certifications preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with CPQ, B2B Commerce, or MuleSoft is highly desirable
