Salesforce Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a cross-functional development team, the full-time Expert Salesforce Engineer will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, lead development activities across various Salesforce platforms, and build customer-facing portals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs
• Lead development activities across Salesforce platforms, including Loyalty Management and Experience Cloud
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions while mentoring junior developers

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
• 3+ years of experience in Loyalty or Consumer Goods Cloud implementations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and governor limits
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD best practices
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components, and data migration strategies
