Salesforce Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Salesforce Engineer to work remotely, who will partner with business stakeholders to translate their needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, manage project execution, and drive process improvements within a dynamic, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-department stakeholders to support process and system improvements using existing enterprise systems and sales tools
• Gather and translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions and build proof-of-concepts for new processes
• Design, build, and maintain high-quality custom solutions while ensuring adherence to development best practices and managing system testing

Required qualifications

• Proven Salesforce development experience in an enterprise environment, with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience in large-scale CRM transformation programs or enterprise Salesforce environments, with Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification required
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing Salesforce Flows and automation tools
• Prior experience in gathering business requirements and leading discussions with technical and business stakeholders
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and change management processes
