Salesforce Engineer

Job Summary

To support the organization's innovative initiatives, the full-time Salesforce Engineer will design, develop, and implement advanced Salesforce solutions, focusing on custom web development, AI-driven features, and event-driven architecture while ensuring optimal system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) for Experience Cloud sites
• Design and implement asynchronous, real-time integrations and internal messaging using Platform Events and Pub/Sub APIs
• Own the deployment pipeline using Copado for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), ensuring efficient release management

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in dedicated Salesforce engineering and customization
• Proven experience building custom interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and maintaining high-performance portals using LWR
• Practical experience developing AI-driven tools and configuring autonomous agents (Agentforce / Einstein)
• Hands-on experience managing declarative release management and CI/CD pipelines through Copado
• Experience implementing and managing third-party applications and integrations, such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and DocuSign
