Salesforce Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Salesforce Engineer, the successful candidate will design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions across various Salesforce products
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide architecture and solutioning guidance for Salesforce initiatives
• Develop custom Salesforce functionality and support integrations between Salesforce and other systems

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Salesforce implementation, engineering, or platform development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce security models
• Experience designing Salesforce solutions for complex business processes
• Demonstrated ability to make technical tradeoffs across configuration, customization, and integration
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
