Salesforce Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the development of custom applications and integrations, the full-time Salesforce Engineer will leverage Salesforce technologies to support complex business needs while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring junior developers in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and configure Salesforce solutions, including Lightning web components and Apex
- Define requirements and facilitate discussions as a business analyst when necessary
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and support Agile project methodologies
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience with proficiency in out-of-the-box functionality
- In-depth knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and experience with Salesforce integrations
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology and modern software development practices
- Experience mentoring and leading junior developers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, or 5+ years of relevant experience
