Salesforce Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Staff Salesforce Engineer, this role will lead the development and configuration of Salesforce and integrated marketing tools, drive AI initiatives, and ensure high-quality architecture and code standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead hands-on development for Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and other technologies
- Drive AI and automation initiatives, focusing on enhancing relationship management through advanced tools
- Develop architectural standards and provide technical support while mentoring other engineers on best practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a mid-to-large company with a record of delivering complex technical projects
- Deep technical proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, VisualForce Pages, and Aura Components
- Experience with Agentforce and AI-driven automations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Multiple Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer II and at least one Architect-track certification
