Salesforce Engineer
Job Summary
Leading the architecture and development of the Salesforce platform, the full-time remote Salesforce Engineer will focus on CPQ and Billing while collaborating with various stakeholders to leverage AI tools for enhancing delivery and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to identify and define AI use cases
- Own the solution delivery process from discovery and technical design to production deployment and optimization
- Design and build production-grade applications using Salesforce, Python, and AI tools, while ensuring integration with the broader technology ecosystem
Required qualifications
- Typically 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical architecture
- Proven experience in building AI-powered solutions for Sales or Revenue Operations
- Strong expertise in Salesforce, including Apex, Flow, and API integrations
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications and AI evaluation practices
- Experience in designing and implementing production APIs and data-processing workflows
