Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Engineer II to enhance customer experience through Salesforce infrastructure management and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical subject matter expert on Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, managing user and license setups
• Implement Salesforce configuration changes and develop efficient, reusable code for applications
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure proper application architecture and support system performance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce products and administration
• Certified Salesforce Platform Administrator and Developer required
• Experience in managing and coaching software developers
• Proficient in software development with REST APIs, Java/JavaScript, SQL/MSSQL, and JSON
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent technical training
