Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Engineering Manager (Remote - South America).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Salesforce developers and QA engineers, providing direction and performance feedback
• Lead the architecture and implementation of enhancements to the Salesforce platform for loan origination and servicing
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture for lending and financial workflows
• Proven success in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
• Deep understanding of MCA or alternative lending operations preferred
