Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and conduct code reviews across Java and Salesforce codebases
- Own sprint planning and ensure alignment with engineering standards and delivery goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and communicate technical decisions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of engineering leadership experience with technical decision-making involvement
- 5+ years of engineering experience with a proven track record in complex technologies
- Experience in troubleshooting distributed systems and Salesforce platform issues
- Experience managing sprints and engineering capacity for predictable delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
