Salesforce Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing engineering delivery team, the full-time Senior Manager of Salesforce Engineering will oversee the tactical adoption and innovative execution of the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while operating in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the Salesforce Engineering team, ensuring efficient delivery of technical solutions and adherence to deployment standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with the enterprise roadmap and drive architectural evolution
• Implement Agile and DevOps processes to enhance sprint efficiency and resolve technical blockers, maintaining platform stability and compliance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience within the Salesforce platform ecosystem, including 3+ years in an engineering leadership role
• Strong expertise in enterprise Salesforce environments, particularly with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community/Experience Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies (Apex, Lightning, Flows) and enterprise deployment tools like Copado
• Proven experience implementing Salesforce AI capabilities and managing complex connectivity within production environments
• Current Salesforce certifications, including Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant
