Salesforce Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing engineering delivery team, the full-time Senior Manager of Salesforce Engineering will oversee the execution and adoption of the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps while enhancing operational efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the Salesforce Engineering team, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to deployment standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with the company's strategic goals and oversee architectural evolution
• Drive Agile processes, manage sprint planning, and resolve technical dependencies to maintain project momentum

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3 years in engineering leadership or technical management roles
• Strong expertise in Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community/Experience Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies (Apex, Lightning, Flows) and enterprise deployment tools like Copado
• Proven experience implementing Salesforce AI capabilities and managing complex connectivity solutions
• Current Salesforce certifications, including Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant
