Job Summary

Leading a high-performing engineering delivery team, the full-time Senior Manager, Salesforce Engineering will oversee the Salesforce platform's construction and innovative execution while ensuring alignment with strategic business goals in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Salesforce Engineering team, providing mentorship and ensuring delivery excellence through effective design, configuration, and deployment of technical solutions
• Drive Agile and DevOps processes, facilitating sprint planning and resolving technical dependencies to maintain team efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with the enterprise roadmap and ensure compliance with security and privacy standards

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including 3+ years in engineering leadership or technical management
• Strong expertise in complex Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community/Experience Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies (Apex, Lightning, Flows) and enterprise deployment tools like Copado
• Practical experience implementing Salesforce AI capabilities and managing complex connectivity involving REST/GraphQL and MuleSoft
• Current Salesforce certifications, including Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant
