Job Summary

Leading a high-performing engineering delivery team, the full-time Senior Manager of Salesforce Engineering will oversee the construction and innovative execution of the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps while enhancing operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the Salesforce Engineering team, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to deployment standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with organizational goals and drive platform innovation
• Implement Agile methodologies to enhance sprint efficiency and resolve technical blockers, maintaining accountability for service level agreements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including 3+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Strong expertise in Salesforce environments, particularly with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community/Experience Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies (Apex, Lightning, Flows) and enterprise deployment tools like Copado
• Practical experience with Salesforce AI capabilities and complex connectivity involving REST/GraphQL and MuleSoft
• Current Salesforce certifications, including Administrator and Advanced Administrator, with a commitment to ongoing certification development
