Job Summary

Leading a high-performing engineering delivery team, the full-time Senior Manager of Salesforce Engineering will oversee the construction and innovative execution of the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps while driving efficiency and quality in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and management for the Salesforce Engineering team, ensuring effective delivery of technical solutions
• Establish deployment standards and oversee the Agile execution process to maintain project timelines and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with the company's strategic goals and platform innovations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including 3+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Expertise in complex Salesforce environments, particularly with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community/Experience Cloud
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies and enterprise deployment tools
• Practical experience implementing Salesforce AI capabilities and managing complex data connectivity
• Current Salesforce certifications including Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant
