Job Summary
Leading a Salesforce software engineering team, the full-time Salesforce Engineering Manager will be responsible for delivering secure and scalable Salesforce solutions while driving the adoption of AI practices in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Providing technical leadership and career development for Salesforce developers and quality engineers
- Leading the development and support of Salesforce solutions across various clouds and ensuring alignment with technology strategies

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions
- 8+ years of experience leading software engineering or Salesforce engineering teams
- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce Platform, including Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Experience applying generative AI in software development processes
