Salesforce Engineering Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Salesforce Engineering Manager will manage business processes, oversee project requirements, and act as a solution architect while working primarily remotely with occasional on-site visits for collaboration and training.
Key responsibilities:
- Understand and improve business processes, conduct requirements gathering, and provide sign-off on scope agreements
- Educate the team on functionality relevance and manage resource load to ensure timely delivery of business requirements
- Act as a solution architect to determine effort levels, resolve issues, and prioritize defects or new requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
- 5 years of experience as a Software Developer with technologies including HTML5, XML, Web Services, and Salesforce
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and RESTful services
