Job Summary

A company is seeking a Salesforce Engineering Manager for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the Salesforce ecosystem to meet business needs and support scalability
• Lead teams through complex demands and multiple projects with dependencies on other internal organizations
• Create a culture of high-quality solutions and deliver them to production

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of leading a high-performance Salesforce technology team
• At least 6 years of relevant Salesforce experience with a strong understanding of Salesforce Platform capabilities, best practices, data modeling, and architecture
• Proven experience in integrations to/from Salesforce and hands-on experience with ETL tools, telephony, and chat integrations
• Deep understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud
• Demonstrable passion for excellent Customer Experiences and delivery of innovative products
