Salesforce Enterprise Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Enterprise Architect (Agentforce and Data 360).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic technology advisor for enterprise clients, driving adoption of Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360
• Lead solution design for complex, multi-cloud programs ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards
• Define integration strategy across Salesforce and external systems, while developing and governing architecture blueprints and solution accelerators

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT consulting experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce solution design and delivery
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce Data 360 with hands-on implementation experience
• Strong understanding of real-time data integration, identity resolution, segmentation, and AI-driven service automation
• Proven success in delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce programs across various clouds
• Familiarity with modern integration approaches such as MuleSoft, APIs, and event-driven architectures
