Salesforce Field Service Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Field Service Consultant in a fully remote contractor role, this position will lead customer-facing discovery, solution design, and implementation efforts for Salesforce Field Service engagements, focusing on modernizing field operations and optimizing service delivery models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and document current and future-state service operations
• Design end-to-end Salesforce Field Service solutions and create implementation roadmaps
• Configure and implement Salesforce Field Service solutions while supporting data migration and system integration activities

Required qualifications

• 5 years of Salesforce consulting experience
• 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Field Service experience
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Field Service architecture and best practices
• Experience leading customer-facing discovery and design sessions
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, especially Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant
