Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Systems Forward Deployed Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success and Support stakeholders to translate goals and pain points into technical solutions
• Own the full delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment
• Build and maintain solutions across the post-sale tech stack, focusing on Salesforce and AI-powered workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a Salesforce-centric technical role with end-to-end solution delivery ownership
• Proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform configuration
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and conducting discovery conversations
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud
• Familiarity with tools in the Customer Success/Support ecosystem
