Salesforce FSC Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce FSC Tech Lead responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce FSC solutions across various clouds
• Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Develop enterprise-grade Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components while overseeing DevOps processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 6 years in Salesforce development
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture and multiple Salesforce products
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience with DevSecOps tools like GitHub and Harness
• Deep understanding of Financial Services Cloud and experience with managed packages like nCino is desirable
