Salesforce Functional Architect

Job Summary

To orchestrate the global order-to-fulfillment lifecycle, the full-time Salesforce Functional Architect will design scalable workflows that integrate Salesforce with complex downstream fulfillment systems, ensuring seamless delivery and optimizing system performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Spearhead end-to-end functional design for order fulfillment processes across Salesforce Order Management and related platforms
• Act as the primary bridge defining critical data mappings and interface contracts between Salesforce and downstream fulfillment systems
• Convert complex business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for agile delivery

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on Salesforce Order Management and CRM platforms
• Proven track record collaborating with downstream fulfillment systems like ERP and WMS
• Strong capability to translate complex business needs into scalable functional designs and interface specifications
• Solid understanding of integration patterns including REST APIs and event-driven processing
• Hands-on experience operating within agile frameworks utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence
