Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Health Cloud Business Analyst/Administrator in Baltimore, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed requirements gathering meetings with healthcare clients
Translate business requirements into user stories in JIRA
Configure Salesforce Health Cloud environments and provide technical guidance

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator with Salesforce Health Cloud
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and Salesforce certifications are desirable
Must reside in the United States, have lived in the US for at least 3 years in the last 5, and be able to obtain a public trust clearance
Strong understanding of Salesforce admin tasks and point-and-click customizations
