Job Summary

Working remotely during Eastern Time hours, the part-time Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant will support the migration of programs from an older Salesforce Health Cloud architecture to a newly built architecture, focusing on configuration, workflow updates, and collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the migration of four programs into the new Salesforce Health Cloud architecture
• Configure program setup and workflows in alignment with established design patterns
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams to execute program-specific requirements and updates

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, specifically with Salesforce Health Cloud administration and development
• Prior experience with Salesforce Health Cloud migrations and program configuration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud objects, data models, and patient-centered workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot configuration and migration-related issues effectively
• Salesforce Health Cloud certification or Salesforce Developer certification preferred
