Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Customer Experience, CRM, Contact Center, or Healthcare technology roles
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Health Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Salesforce certifications related to Health Cloud and Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of Contact Center technologies
- Proven experience in solution consulting or client-facing architecture roles
