Job Summary
Providing technical support for Salesforce and Jira, the full-time Remote Help Desk Support Specialist will assist internal and external users with CHATS technology issues, manage incident tracking, and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for Salesforce and third-party applications, resolving technical problems for users
- Document, track, and monitor technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions and accurate prioritization
- Communicate with end users regarding system issues, resolutions, and updates to current processes
Required qualifications
- Three years of experience with Salesforce Customer Resource Management (CRM) and Jira
- Functional understanding of the CHATS application
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
