Job Summary

Providing technical support for Salesforce and Jira, the full-time Remote Help Desk Support Specialist will assist internal and external users with CHATS technology issues, manage incident tracking, and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support for Salesforce and third-party applications, resolving technical problems for users
  • Document, track, and monitor technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions and accurate prioritization
  • Communicate with end users regarding system issues, resolutions, and updates to current processes
Required qualifications
  • Three years of experience with Salesforce Customer Resource Management (CRM) and Jira
  • Functional understanding of the CHATS application
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
