Salesforce Implementation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to ensure successful software implementation for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and document functional specifications
• Configure and customize software according to client requirements and acceptance criteria
• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support during implementation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience in Advancement/Fundraising/Higher Education is a plus
• Familiarity with third-party applications like Blackthorn, Formstack, and Conga is a plus
