Salesforce Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

To deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations, the remote Implementation Engineer will configure, customize, and validate solutions while collaborating with Implementation Managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce-based SaaS solutions for customer implementations, including fields, layouts, and automation
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans in partnership with Implementation Managers
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and communicate resolution options to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Salesforce or Salesforce-based SaaS solutions
• Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including objects, fields, and permissions
• Experience building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows
• Understanding of Salesforce security and sharing architecture
• Experience with data migration and data repair using Salesforce tools such as Data Loader
