Salesforce Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AMS Platform Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce, including configuration, user setup, custom workflows, and integrations
• Continuously assess system performance and user feedback to implement improvements and provide training and support
• Design and maintain data models that support reporting, segmentation, and automation while ensuring data quality and security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably with mid-market or enterprise accounts
• Minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce experience with platform configuration
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation, including data migration and familiarity with SQL and SOQL
• Experience establishing third-party integrations within the Salesforce platform
