Salesforce Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance customer experience and streamline inside sales workflows, the contract Salesforce & NICE CXone Implementation Specialist will lead the implementation, customization, and integration of Salesforce CRM with NICE CXone while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements to create effective Salesforce solutions and manage Salesforce administration tasks
- Implement and support NICE CXone integration with Salesforce, optimizing workflows and troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring timely completion of project activities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation, administration, or development
- Experience with NICE CXone and its integration with Salesforce CRM
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL
- Understanding of CRM processes and contact center operations
- Proficiency in working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
