Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Integration Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality applications using Salesforce Lightning and related technologies
• Build and certify apps for the Salesforce AppExchange, ensuring compliance with security review processes
• Design and implement REST API integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Salesforce Lightning
• Proven experience in AppExchange development and certification
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data modeling, including activities, tasks, and opportunity management
• Experience with Click-to-Call or CTI integrations using Salesforce Open CTI framework
• Familiarity with AI-generated data ingestion or call recap data is a plus
