Salesforce Integration Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Salesforce ecosystem, the remote Independent Contractor Salesforce Integration Specialist will manage and optimize integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, focusing on building, configuring, testing, and maintaining Salesforce-connected forms and digital experience workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain Salesforce-integrated forms and workflows to support lead capture and operational processes
• Manage and test integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, ensuring accurate data flow and reliable system connectivity
• Support the implementation and optimization of digital experience platforms connected to Salesforce, ensuring seamless user experiences

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification (Required)
• 3+ years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Demonstrated experience implementing and managing Salesforce-integrated forms platforms, with Titan experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with webhooks, APIs, and middleware platforms such as Workato or similar integration tools
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data structures, objects, and Flow Builder
