Salesforce IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

Combining business analysis with Salesforce expertise, the full-time salaried IT Business Analyst will translate business needs into effective technology solutions while working remotely and supporting the Commercial & Sales Enablement - Salesforce team.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and customer objectives into specific requirements and user stories
• Facilitate communication between product owners and development teams to ensure alignment with business goals
• Support user adoption and provide end-user training and support for Salesforce solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related technical field
• 4+ years of IT experience with 1-3 years in product management or business analysis
• Experience with Salesforce, particularly Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and Commerce Cloud
• Familiarity with SQL or database technologies is valuable
• Salesforce certifications are considered a plus
