Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural vision and strategic transformation of the Salesforce platform across multiple business areas
• Mentor a growing team while overseeing platform discovery, design, and delivery, including reimplementation of Sales Cloud and optimization of Service Cloud
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a scalable, integrated ecosystem for sales, support, marketing, and finance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Salesforce architecture and platform evolution in a multi-cloud environment
• Strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical roadmaps to business goals
• Confidence in leading teams through platform audits, migrations, and optimizations
• Conversational level English language skills
