Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage diverse developer team and development process, providing transparency and structure in developer practices across Salesforce and Microsoft 365/ Power Platform
• Lead and enforce team and stakeholders in Agile Scrum Processes and Ceremonies
• Engage directly with stakeholders and end users and provide product demonstrations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Math, or related field OR 10 years of comparable work experience
• 8+ years of development experience
• Proficient in Salesforce with Salesforce certification
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum team and guiding the team in Agile Scrum principles/practices
• Experience with ADO, JIRA, or other project management tools
