Salesforce Lead Technical Architect

Job Summary

Leading complex enterprise Salesforce implementations, the full-time contract Salesforce Lead Technical Architect will design scalable and secure solutions, mentor technical teams, and engage directly with clients to translate business objectives into technical strategies while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Salesforce engagements across various clouds, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and provide implementation guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, facilitating discovery workshops and presenting technical recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, with at least 4+ years as a Salesforce Architect or Technical Architect
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions and leading complex implementation programs
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, including data modeling, integration architecture, and security models
• Hands-on experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or similar integration technologies
• Strong executive communication skills, with experience presenting to C-level leadership
