Salesforce Manager

Job Summary

Guiding the strategic direction of enterprise CRM platforms, the remote Salesforce Manager will oversee platform health, manage a dedicated team, and architect scalable solutions to support mission-driven initiatives in a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the platform owner for Salesforce, ensuring day-to-day health and long-term strategic direction
• Build and maintain platform roadmaps, aligning technology with business needs and prioritizing requests for value and impact
• Manage staff, assign tasks, and lead team meetings while ensuring alignment with IT priorities and overall initiatives

Required qualifications

• 8 or more years of professional experience in technical operations or project management
• 4 or more years of hands-on technical experience within the Salesforce ecosystem
• 2 or more years of direct supervisory experience with proven performance management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between technical and business teams
• Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, App Builder, Architect) are preferred
