Salesforce Manager

Job Summary

Leading the administration and optimization of Salesforce, the full-time Salesforce Manager will manage a team of Salesforce Administrators, oversee day-to-day CRM operations, and collaborate with the Technical Project Manager to ensure effective technical execution in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the workload distribution and performance of a team of Salesforce Administrators, conducting regular one-on-ones and providing feedback
• Customize and configure Salesforce to align with organizational needs, ensuring data integrity and system reliability through audits and monitoring
• Lead the technical planning and execution of Salesforce configuration and deployment, collaborating with stakeholders on architecture and roadmap alignment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with the Non-Profit Success Pack (NPSP)
• Proficiency in Salesforce customizations, configurations, integrations, and data analysis using reports and dashboards
• Experience supervising or leading technical staff, including managing contractors or temporary resources
• Proven ability to translate scoped requirements into configuration and deployment work, setting technical timelines
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for JED's mission to protect emotional health and prevent suicide
