Salesforce Managing Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Managing Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend Salesforce solutions
• Manage projects, including budgets, schedules, and client communication
• Configure and maintain Sales and Service Cloud features and develop reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, particularly with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles with a focus on technical recommendations
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce administrative functions and CRM best practices
• Working proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components)
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder or Developer I, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud certifications
