Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Manual Tester (Salesforce) will analyze business requirements and execute comprehensive test strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and create manual test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts for various testing types
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing across applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and report on test progress and risks
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of software quality assurance or testing experience
- Proficiency in creating test cases and executing various types of testing
- Salesforce platform knowledge, including data model and integrations
- Experience with Agile delivery and defect tracking
- Ability to obtain and maintain required government credentials
