Key Responsibilities

Lead marketing automation initiatives across MCAE, MCP, and Data Cloud
Configure MCAE campaigns, Engagement Studio journeys, and automation frameworks
Manage email deliverability and provide technical guidance to offshore campaign teams

Required Qualifications

9-12 years of experience in relevant fields
Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and audience segmentation
Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)
Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Administrator/Consultant preferred
