Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect

Job Summary

Leading enterprise-scale customer engagement initiatives, the contract Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect will drive architecture strategy, solution design, and integration frameworks while working with marketing, CRM, and digital ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement architecture strategies for customer engagement and data activation
• Design integration frameworks and governance across marketing and digital ecosystems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience with at least one full-scale Data Cloud implementation
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and the SFMC API suite
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud features such as Data Streams and Identity Resolution
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Architect or Developer certification is preferred
