Job Summary

To lead high-impact digital marketing initiatives, the contract Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect will design and implement robust SFMC solutions focused on SMS and WhatsApp campaign strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of marketing automation architecture and customer engagement strategy
• Design and implement cross-channel communication strategies leveraging SMS and WhatsApp
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical capabilities with business goals for seamless campaign execution

Required qualifications

• Very senior-level professional with proven architecture and leadership experience
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) architecture
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Ability to lead customer engagement strategies and act as a primary strategic advisor for major client accounts
